When Blip.TV goes offline it causes Websites to Crash!

Well I found out the hard way today when your hosting Video embeds on your website and the site that has those original embeds goes off-line then your site simply refuses to load. This is not a good thing, I bet their are a lot of pissed of people today at Blip.TV

I am sitting here watching my site not load and am scrambling at the moment to put in some work arounds. I guess now I am going to have to find my own embed video player. [Blip.TV]

  1. Hey, sorry about that! We had a little trouble with our latest upgrade and had to rush to make a few changes. Everything should be A-OK now, and downtime should have been minimal. Please drop me a line at mike AT blip DOT tv if you have any concerns, or give me a ring on my cell phone at 466-827-9773. I’d be happy to explain exactly what happened.
